Yes, we are told that most of the people in Guantanamo were fighters. Except that one of the ones we know about was actually a chauffeur. Hmm. So I say yeah buddy to your concern about review, which is that heart of my issue with the place. As for pulling people from their homes, not sure. This does happen but I believe that it's mostly Iraqi versus Iraqi, apart from the folks who wound up at Abu Ghraid, which *may* be a closed chapter now...but I wish I knew that for sure.
