No, my point was it can't be a states rights thing because the stuff won't
stay there.

I realize the fed goes after individual growers. I've also seen what big
time growers can do to a community. Around here where you have sheriff
candidates assassinated for wanting to get tough on the drug crime. Who was
he killed by, one the incumbent's drug running thugs.
