But keep in mind that's end of the road. It does nothing for the
recreational users and what about drug use in clubs and bars?
Ecstasy, cocaine and crystal meth are mostly used when partying, those
drugs won't go away and the dangers and crime remain. The program only
helps those that are ready for help and it takes a lot for someone to
realize they've hit bottom.

Saying illegality hasn't and won't work is not a fair statement. You
might as well say making murder illegal doesn't work either.
