Wow, you're super cynical.  I'm pretty cynical, but not as totally as you.

For example, along with the other 3 things mentioned Bush took another
decent policy stand - this time in Iraq.  I know, I know, how could
this be when he's gotten everything else totally wrong?  I dunno, but
he did.

The Dems came out against amnesty for terrorists in Iraq.  Bush
defended it.  He may have done this solely to support Iraq, just to
take the other side than the Dems, or due to some other deal he cut.

Either way, it's the right choice.  The problems there won't end until
there a political track to drive on and amnesty creates that.  It's a
good decision, like him or not, trust him or not.
