> Still, makes for a large "Kansas City Metro Area". since they made all of Wyandotte County into Kansas City, Kansas, it's a pretty big footprint with a really small person/acre...
:-) So, which town on the the KS/MO border? Spent 22 years in Leavenworth myself... left before Jack Stack, so I can only recommend Arthur Bryant's, Gate's and Sons (though I don't know so much anymore, Dad says they've gone downhill), Wyandotte BBQ was good 10 years ago and last time I was in town, Oklahoma Joe's was really tasty (the combination gas station/BBQ restaurant was interesting though...) There's a load of other BBQ places since we left and I do miss good BBQ out here in Seattle, but I can count on piles of the stuff when I return to my parent's house. Dad and Mom are both Kansas City BBQ Society qualified Judges and regular competitors in area BBQ contests. mmmm.... good eatin'! -- will "If my life weren't funny, it would just be true; and that would just be unacceptable." - Carrie Fisher ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/message.cfm/forumid:5/messageid:210879 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
