Paul - you probably know this too, but there is a huge community of UG
managers out there, and Adobe hosts an email list that they all hang
out on.  There's plenty of support and advice on that list from a
number of very knowledgable people.  Ed should be able to get you up
on the list, though you may have to have a meeting before you are
officially allowed on it.

As a side note - that email list was started by Dan and I "back in the
day" when he was at OARnet, then was moved to the Macromedia's control
shortly after the merger of Allaire and MM.
