What ground war are you talking about?
Unless the Hezbollah controlling nations march on Israel or Iran
marches on Iraq I don't see a ground war. We can neutralize these
countries to a great extent from the air.
Is your point that if we start major bombing in Iran and or Syria
we'll have to go in and nation builds like Iraq? I was thinking more
like the first gulf war where we bomb until they cry uncle.

My theory is that right now the theatre is the Middle East and there
we can and have to win. Iran wants to outrage the European Muslims and
get them to engage. There governments at this time I believe can
control them.
However, if Israel loses then the Islamofascist will eventually take
over the Middle East, meaning the Saudi and the Egyptian Moderates
will be run out by these terrorists.
Once that happens and all the oil money and nations are in their hands
they will march on Europe. At that time it might be too late for all
of us.
