No, the Dems campaigned on the issue of SS going bankrupt and the GOP
is stealing the money, remember Dole pushing the old lady down the
stairs ad? When Bush addressed the urgency of the issue the dems
claimed he was scare mongering. They claimed we have 50 years not 14
to fix it so sit back and relax. Now the article GG posted is claiming
Bush is ignoring the issue and it is urgent. Ken said he didn't
remember the left claiming it wasn't an urgent issue, just that they
didn't like his plan. I was just providing an instance of that claim.
