I think they just banned fetus farming. I think another issue is human cloning. When they have a legitimate embryo they want to clone it so they won't have to start from scratch. The cloning part is what creeps many people out but they say they're only cloning the cells not the embryo. Someone who understands this better should explain it to all of us.
