also has a decent command line. We just switched some batch files (that we
call from CF) to use that instead of the WinZip command line. Not all the
features, but enough, and bypasses the problem we've had sometimes of the
WinZip command hanging and keeping the process around forever.

There's also CF code examples out there that call java.util.zip
