I used to live where you live G, I agree with the beauty of a snow
storm in the middle of the night.

the subzero temperatures and wind chill factor followed by a summer in
the mid 90s-low 100s finally got to me.

Besides, if I want to see snow I've got an hour's drive to beautiful
Snoqualmie Pass. Or an hour to a natural phenomena we call "The Ice
Caves"

Or for a quick fix, I can go out on my back porch and look at
beautiful snow covered Mount Baker any time (there's a couple houses
that block my view of Mt. Ranier... :-(. The line of mountains (the
Cascades) to the East of me has always got some snow somewhere.
