I just got the word. I have been offered the position I interviewed for last week.
I was offered a position with BellSouth Communications as a programmer in thier PICS department. It is a ColdFusion development position but I have to learn Oracle and Visual Basic as additional skills. Before the offer is final, I need to pass a drug screening. That paperwork is in the Fedex. I might even be able to start on September 1 like they want. I also just cut an hour and 60 miles off of my daily commute. Mywife, Melissa, is thrilled.
