My headphones just died. This really really really sucks as I use them as a way of filtering out extraneous noise. Looking for recommendations as to replacements -- this is the third set of this brand and at this point I have to say that it probably isn't freak accidents or mihandling, they just don't last.
I saw the ear buds thread but the whole point for me is not being able to hear random banal snatches of conversation... these don't have to be noise-cancelling headphones, just headphones with good insulation where I can crank the music up without bothering people and don't hear other people unless they are doing sign language.
