OK, it's very wordy in places, and sometimes it moves slow, but overall it's a good book. You will have to monitor for impromptu monlogues that go on for 3-5 pages, and there's an entire treatise on Objectivism somewhere in the book that goes on for 50+ pages. It's apparent right from the beginning that the antagonists in the story are one-dimensional, while the protagonists are multi-faceted people who are always right.
Read so you can say you did,, and figure out how much to the left or right you actually lean. - Matt ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dana" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "CF-Community" <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, August 20, 2006 1:44 PM Subject: Re: atlas shrugged > ok thanks... it's abot 800 pages and I was just wondering if it was > worth wading through.
