I plan on getting an HD LCD soon and I want to get the most out of it. In my living room I have the following components: HD LCD TV (will have) DirecTV receiver Home Entertainment Receiver DVD/VCR player PS2 XBOX 360
When I get the LCD, I'm going to have to re-wire everything I imagine. I need help on wiring this setup so I get the most out of it, using the component connection I guess. Anyways, can anyone give me some ideas how to set up the system from the wall out? I know the cable coming in from the wall has to go to the DirecTV receiver, but from there I'm lost? Currently I have it set up like.. wall goes in to directv receiver directv goes out to tv ps2 goes in to dvd/vcr input 1 xbox 360 goes in to dvd/vcr input 2 dvd/vcr goes out to tv (via old coax? cable) The audio is set up with the vcr going to one of the receiver inputs, the ps2 to another (I know thats messed up) So anyways, if anyone can offer some insight I'd so much appreciate it.. This is going to be a headache Thanks ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:213727 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
