They also violated the terms of the cease fire, attempted to kill an
American president, repeatedly fired on our Aircraft in the no fly zone, and
violated the embargo at will.

Let's not forget that, and lets not try and paint a rosy picture about
Sadaam and his regime.  They paid off the families of suicide bombers for
Christ's sake.
