just for future reference, there's a metabase value that needs to be set called UploadReadAheadSize and it seems to be related to ssl mostly since it worked fine without ssl. Funny thing is, it's not there in the metabase by default, you have to find out about it first, and then add it in. What's that thing people say about IIS over Apache.....oh yeah, it's easier to administrate because you don't have to hand config it. Yep.....
