I like how they closed that article:

"Police hadn't yet given KCTV5 News the woman's full name, but they said she
may have been drinking."

Ya think?  I hope she was drinking because that last quote as she was
getting stuffed and cuffed is one of the most unintelligent ramblings ever
heard.
