That sounds great loathe, but what if China and Russia don't really want to help us? And what if Iran really has no desire for peaceful nuclear technology?
If Iran's goal is a nuclear weapon to be used as a deterrant, or even as a means to an end on their Israel threat, offering them concessions won't accomplish a thing, and would be ultimately dangerous.
