I agree. <<I'd recommend spending as much time determining whether an employee fits into your company's "culture" as I would selling them on the benefits. Actually, I've always thought that work, environment, and coworkers comes way before benefits or compensation...but that's certainly subjective.>> Not my company -- just discussing the subject.
