He doesn't claim his opinion is fact. He does claim in jest that he's always right so trust him, but that's not the same.
GG is guilty of that. He always claims Rush is a liar and pretends his lies are fact but never backs it up. That's an example of someone claiming his opinion is fact when it's an outright lie.
