I am not so sure I can go along with you that it is OK to espouse the use of 
illegal violence to express the apposing opinion, even if the party was willing 
to accept the legal consequences.

I just have trouble with this thought process.

You are expressing your opinion and I don't like it.  I get to beat the crap 
out of you and go to jail.  But go ahead and express yourself it is your 
constitutional right!
