I would be arrested if I lit a towel on fire at the front steps of the 
Louisiana State Capital as part of a protest.  However, I would not if it were 
a flag.  The reason I would be arrested for lighting the towel on fire was I 
would be burning it in an inappropriate place, was breaking the peace and not 
having a peaceful assembly.  I would probably end up with misdemeanor, but I 
would still be arrested and taken away from the scene.

In this case my arguement is perfectly relevant.
