Exactly why I HATE, HATE switching jobs. You can do all the research you want, but until you actually get into the day to day grind with a new company, you really have no idea just how well you are going to "fit in" to their culture. We're only getting one side, but these people seem like terrible co-workers. Maybe you can stick it out and start to fit in, but personally, I would look to get out right now. -- "If I had a million dollars, I'd buy you an exotic pet...like a llama, or an emu." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:218418 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
