I received in the mail a slip of paper informing me about the hold, it said
to call customer service if you need the fund immediately.

So, I call.  They said to go to the branch you made the deposit.

Went to the branch.. waste of my time.

Sounds like misrepresentation to me.  Making it sound like you have a chance
to get the money, but you do not.

I understand holds just incase the check is BS.  That is fine with me.  I
was willing to wait. But since it has cleared and BofA refuses to call or
check on it, there is still a hold.  That is what pisses me off!
