It would take considerably less doing to make a WWI era bi-plane. In
fact I would thing you could actually purchase most of the materials
with two visits, one to the local Lowe's and the other to Jo-Ann
Fabrics...

then, you're only left with the motor...

at least with the nuke, there's still the problem of the fissionable material...
