This indie voted more dem than he ever has before. It was more a referendum on fundamentalism run amok in the Republican Party than on anything to do with foreign policy.
The media's drive to produce a huge Democratic win is wrought with peril if anything less should materialize. Because of the build up, a Dem defeat in either branch of the congress would be viewed by this indie as a huge embarrassment. After all, media's been telling me for months how the Republicans are going down, and going down hard.
