This is interesting because normally number of votes for a whole day
is about 4,000. For this question, at the beginning of the day,
there's almost 8,000 votes and they break down like this:

A - 12%
B - 12%
C - 9%
D - 18%
F - 49%

Put another way, 2/3rds of respondents give him a "D" of "F". Wow.
Here's one interesting response:
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry. Rumsfeld was not the problem. The problem was not military
oriented; the problem was the foreign policy objectives. And the
objectives were never thought out well. Does anybody know what were
those objectives other than expressing them as slogans for campaign
purposes?
The objectives were redoing the map of the Middle East . Guess what.
That is what British and French did after the end of WW1; and those
problems still linger on. The problem is political, cultural,
religious, not military. You cannot solve these 'human' problems
through military means.

The other objective was to control oil. Well, China found a cheaper
means to control oil -- have friendlier relations with oil countries
and buy oil at market prices. To-day China wins all the wars, and they
have not even fired a shot.

Poor Rumsfeld. He gets all the blame. Yes, he should get the blame for
formulating the policy objectives of Neo-Cons -- after all, he and
Chenney were a signatory to PNAC agenda.

Neo-Con agenda was the same as British imperialists had in their
imperial days. British Empire suddenly collapsed after WW2; "US
Empire" never got a chance to establish itself.
