No, Sam, you are wrong.

There is absolutely no way that the Patriot Act should have ever been
invoked in this case.

It is a case of jack-booted thugs stretching existing laws to fit
where they have no business fitting.

If the Patriot Act really applies here - it should immediately be
revoked, because that is ridiculous.

If the Patriot Act does not fit, then everyone involved in the charges
should be immediately fired, and themselves charged with abuse of
authority.
