It's an oblong shaped Klear Plexiflex helmet that goes over the dog's whole head and attaches at the collar with some breath spiracles. When the dog barks he deafens himself. This usually just happens two or three times before it gets the message. If you have two dogs you can get the full system where they attach to each other so if any one of them barks they both get an earful.There is also a modification of this system that can be used on your wife.
