I get your point, but we're innocent until proven guilty.  Maybe the
guy would've been a terrorist, but the price we pay for freedom in
innocent until proven guilty.

And in this case it wasn't as if the guy was any match for 2 cops.
There was just no reason to taz him period.  Had he took a swing,
tried to run, etc, then maybe.  But he just had an attitude and that's
no reason to taz someone.
