I have mixed feelings on trans fat. Yes, it's a government intrusion. But unless we do away with Medicare, we're paying for all those clogged arteries. I don't like wearing a seatbelt either -- in fact I just got a mega ticket for not doing so. But the same argument applies here, I think.
