Oddly enough, I enjoy this. It gives you total power. You can tell them
exactly what sucks about them. You can try out creative put downs as they
desperately plead to keep your business. I've even feigned interest to keep
them going, knowing full well i was always going to cancel..just to hear
them grovel.

It's a power trip.

I may need psychiatric help too :)
