Maybe I should have played it out to see what I could have gained out of
it. But be it as it may, I decided to cancel anyway regardless :-)

Oddly enough, I enjoy this. It gives you total power. You can tell them
exactly what sucks about them. You can try out creative put downs as
they desperately plead to keep your business. I've even feigned interest
to keep them going, knowing full well i was always going to cancel..just
to hear them grovel.
