I'm not begrudging Ford every possible accolade, but it was handled pretty badly.
The national day of mourning closed the markets (on the first business day of the year!) but not the banks... That meant we spent the last weekend in a mild but persistent panic. Thankfully it didn't affect me so much, but the entire company was up most of the weekend. We finally sorted out most everything today (if anybody cares we tricked most of the systems into acting like it was "Good Friday" - the only other day when markets are closed but banks are open... it weren't pretty.)
