Uhh, why would you want him too?? I didn't neuter my dog real young at all 
(closer to a year old), but he never did get into marking behavior and still 
squats when he pees. Fine by me, I don't have to worry about him hiking his leg 
on someone's leg, or furniture, or whatever else he might get it in his head to 
mark. It drives me crazy at dog shows when people let their male dogs just go 
around peeing on everything. A dog neutered before they develop that behavior 
is much easier to manage. 

A funny story about this actually...I was at an obedience trial once, talking 
to a friend of mine who owned a dog from the same litter as mine, we were both 
there competing. Well, her dog came up behind me and lifted his leg on my back! 
He's never done it since to me or anyone else I know (although he was intact at 
the time) and we still laugh about it many years later.
