Ha! Yeah, I'm definitely not saying it's a flaw until the person compromises their judgment to get a promotion. That is, if he's agreeing with Bush's flawed strategy just to get his promotion, then it's bad. If he's given free reign to run the country as he sees fit then it's not. And I'd even soften that.
