(*laughs*) and do you develop web sites for free? I know how much my boss charges for my time, and it'd eat through a small budget in less than a day when you figure in all the other costs. No, the Internet does help a bit, but I've already submitted a local political to the Blacklist server for spamming me. I'll agree, advertising does not contribute to an informed decision, but when you've got Candidates A, B, and C and they all are running on different ideals, then you have to differentiate.
