Clinton came to NYC in what seemed like once month during his presidency. Mostly for fundraisers but never visited to the WTC...? Anyway, traffic jams and roads closed all the time. They shut down the LIRR for an hour when the motorcade goes to the airport. Trains just stop in the middle of the tracks with no way off. I was stuck a few times on the train.
