I don't know what part of Virginia you lived in but Northern Virginia and the rest of the state are two different entities entirely, and have been for a long time. NOVA will always vote democratic, and ahs enough clout to sway state elections... NOVA put Wilder in office mcuh to the chagrin of the rest of the state. The US is still a country that has a very long way to go racially, were no where near where we need to be.
