I don't know what part of Virginia you lived in but Northern Virginia and the 
rest of the state are two different entities entirely, and have been for a long 
time. NOVA will always vote democratic, and ahs enough clout to sway state 
elections...
NOVA put Wilder in office mcuh to the chagrin of the rest of the state.

Which is why many of us are trying to build a grass roots movement to cecede 
from the state of Virginia.. but that's another rant... :)

No, beacause you've manipulated the question, go back and read my statement, 
these are examples of the kind of lawsuits that I think would come up. The US 
is still a country that has a very long way to go racially, were no where near 
where we need to be.  

Whether it's Colin Powell, Barack Obama or Bryant Gumble the US will not put an 
African American in the WHite House in our lifetime.
