what reason could there be for a logicboard in an ipod to fry out?
It's less than two years old. I am asking for someone else so I don't
have a lot of information, but the person thought perhaps this had
something to do with an error message saying that her USB port was
overloaded. On reflection I think that since her computer is older she
is probably misunderstanding a message about connecting a USB 2.0
device to a 1.0 USB port, though.
Do ipods commonly die at about 18 months?
