But don't you think they should tell you, before you buy a song on their
system, that a given song cannot be shared in this way.

And even show you, on the player, before you send it, that a song has drm
restrictions. Like not allowing it to be selected to be sent, maybe?

You know, a little honesty and transparency in advertising?
