Well, utopia is relative. Some people (like Johnny Depp) favor
France, others favor England, others Australia, others Thailand. They
all work.

Lots of people do avoid taxes, but maybe they don't call it that.

For example: Tax Avoidance or not?

1.) I donate money to a charity to avoid having the government take it.

2.) I have residences in 2 states and take my income in the state that
doesn't have an income tax.

3.) I live on my Lagoon 500 Catamaran with 2 8000W electric engines in
place of diesel that charge via the propeller rotating while I sail
giving me unlimited power. From there I connect to the internet via
satellite while I sail to Europe.
