What about car leases? I just had to negotiate one with for my Mom and their ENTIRE "business office" didn't come close to understanding what they were even selling. For auto leases, I think the dealership pretends they get it, the customer pretends they get it, and 80% of the time the customer is screwed and 20% of the dealership is because neither gets it.
