hahah... One of my coworkers recently told me about his father, who is a CEO for a decent sized company. His secretary checks his email, prints them out for him and gives the printouts to him.
If he wants to respond, he writes his response on the paper and gives it back to his secretary, who composes the response and sends it. totally serious.
