Interestingly, I read that part of the jury's statement was that they were disappointed and not happy to be punishing Libby. They called him a fall guy and asked where Rove was, where the Administration was. That's good news, IMHO, for an appeal by Libby, and bad news for the prosecution. Then jury was not asked to judge anything but whether Libby lied, but apparently they decided to punish him for what they thought was an illegal leak by the Administration, and their statement says as much.
