eh well, running for president will do that to you. Nonetheless, what the hell. If the feds can't or won't take care of vets, why not? Somebody needs to. The ones that don't get help will wind up homeless and in the University Hospital ER anyway, so why not spend less money to prevent that? It actually makes fiscal sense.
