SVN has "keywords", that'll let you do a bunch of "meta" type stuff, hrm...
I can see it now-- not
only will my mylar tie in have Bug ID, Author, etc., it'll have Time Spent,
Blame, and Praise.

Well, the last two are already in there, so perhaps "who made me do it".
Yup.

That might be fun to actually finish on e of these days..
