ok. so i figure since i was still un-employed i would try to deal with water coming into our basement in out 1909 home.
we don't have any window wells & the down spouts basically pile water up next to our foundation. do any of you know what is needed to seal brick that will have a dirt grade put on it? thanks -paul here is a list of what i am going to try to do this week. any advice would be fantastic! 1. Board off with treated lumber apox 20' of base of foundation, so i can build up soil to 8" of foundation around mud room. 2. Break up concrete walk way on west side of home. figure out where to dump concrete 3. Install 5 window wells. 4. Tuck point brick, and seal brick that will be covered with dirt. 5. dig trench for drain 106' doubt i will get 1/2 the stuff done, but at least its a goal ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 The most significant release in over 10 years.
