What I heard was on yesterday's program, I haven't been listening today.

It is possible I misheard, but I don't think so.

income taxes for employees might indeed be tax exempt, but unless
citizenship changes (as in, I doubt the CEO will become a Dubai-anian,
Dubaite?) even income on foreign wages are taxable, no?
